There's No Place Like Fall (in and around NY)
Having a baby is like being a kid again and Fall, to me, is like being a kid in a candy store. We went apple picking, corn mazing, picked and carved pumpkins, camped in an RV and celebrated Halloween with lots and lots of candy.
Does anyone else have trouble figuring out when the leaves change in NYC? Am I too late or too early to drool in Central Park over the variety of shapes and colors? Luckily, we got to see the colors change over several weekends outside of the city: Jonestown KOA in PA, Storm King in NY and Heaven Hill Farm in NJ.
This has been our 3rd time visiting a campground in the month of October. A lot of them host trick or trickers every weekend of the month along with haunted hayrides, costume contests and a lot of friendly people...super fun for kids.
