Limits of liability
Lisa White Photo is not liable for any unplanned delays or cancellations due to extreme weather, transportation complications, or any other "acts of nature." In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform services due to these factors, severe illness, injury, family crisis, or unforeseen emergency, Lisa White Photo will make every effort to reschedule the session. If this is not possible, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session. Lisa White Photo takes the utmost care with respect to files and photographs. In the unlikely event that photographs or files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Lisa White Photo’s control, Lisa White Photo’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.
Model release
The photographs taken by Lisa White Photo may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any publication to promote Lisa White Photo. Lisa White Photo will never display the photographs in a negative or derogatory light, with names, or use the photographs for further financial gain outside of promoting Lisa White Photo. The Client hereby releases Lisa White Photo from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
Photographs and copyright
All photographs and copyrights are the property of Lisa White Photo. The Client has permission to reproduce photographs from this portrait session. The Client agrees to limit use of the photographs for family and friends only. Any use for business or for monetary gain will be considered copyright infringement. The Client must obtain written permission from Lisa White Photo and compensate Lisa White Photo prior to the Client or the Client’s friends and family publishing or selling the photographs.
No warranty of longevity/storage
Lisa White Photo does not warrant the longevity in quality of any digital media or files delivered to the Client. The Client bears the sole responsibility for backing up, archiving, and maintaining the integrity of the files. Lisa White Photo will store digital photograph files for 6 months as a courtesy, but will not be held liable for storing these files.
